Return Process

  Log in to your VAMA Mall account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your account portal to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
